Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting & Berries made with Almond Flour Baking Mix Chocolate Muffin & Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 box Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix

2/3 cup grassfed butter

2/3 cup raw honey

2 tsp Arrowroot or Tapioca

Organic Strawberries

Organic Blueberries

Instructions:

BAKE our Chocolate Muffin & Cake mix according to the instructions on the box (follow instructions for cupcakes). We used Coconut Oil to add a little extra coco-nutty sweetness.
 

For the Buttercream:

WHIP 2/3 cup of grassfed butter + 2/3 cup raw honey.

ADD in arrowroot/tapioca slowly while blending until fully incorporated. 

TOP with your favorite fresh, organic berries. We used strawberries and blueberries for a patriotic spin.
