Kale & Parmesan Scones made with Almond Flour Artisan Bread Mix Recipe


1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 handfuls kale, finely chopped
1 cup ground parmesan
½ cup Lifeway Kefir, plain
2 eggs


PREHEAT oven to 350 F
LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
ADD the bread mix, garlic powder, and ground parm, mixing to combine.
MIX together the eggs and kefir.
POUR the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing well, and then fold in the kale.
SCOOP out dough onto the baking sheet with ice cream scooper and shape it into a scone.
BAKE for 20 minutes and enjoy
