Looking for a delicious, grain free biscuit recipe for Thanksgiving? Look no further! These savory stuffing biscuits only take about 5 minutes to prep and are loaded with nutrient-dense ingredients. 


½ cup Kefir *
2 eggs
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. dried thyme 
½ tsp. dried parsley
½ tsp. dried rosemary, finely chopped
½ tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
1 Tbsp. butter*


REHEAT oven to 350ºF and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
COMBINE eggs and kefir in a large bowl
ADD the Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, fennel seeds, and parsley, and whisk
SCOOP the dough into 7 mounds using an ice cream scoop and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
BAKE biscuits until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes
BRUSH the tops of the biscuits with melted butter and serve warm.
