Unfortunately most Americans are consumed with tasty food. Americans continue to drink soft
Drinks, they like a lot of salt and sugar and oh yes so called non fat foods.
So if you like to eat a lot you have to make some sacrifices – how about water melon, blue berries,
Bananas, prunes, kale, parsley, cabbage and just eat it raw or make a juice and you will lose weight
And feel great.
