There's nothing quite like a warm, chewy, chocolate-chunky brownie. Any idea where I'm going with this?
Lately, we've been getting lots of requests to develop a brownie mix, and I can't say I blame anyone for asking! We don't have any specific brownie mixes in the works, but we might have just come up with the next best thing. Pair this fantastic brownie-spin on our Chocolate Muffin mix with some of our favorite Califia Almond Milk, and you've got yourself a milk & brownie combo that will put your old after school snack to shame.
Makes 9 servings
1 cup Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix (roughly ½ box)
3 cage-free eggs
2 tsp. gluten-free vanilla
½ cup coconut oil (melted)
½ cup gluten/dairy-free chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Mix all ingredients with a spoon and pour into an 8 x 8 nonstick metal brownie pan
- Bake for 23-25 minutes
