1 box Simple Mills Garlic and Herb Sprouted Seed Crackers 
1/2 cup beet hummus 
2 small avocados, cubed and drizzled with lemon juice (to preserve color) 
Alfalfa sprouts 
Micro greens 



TOP each cracker with 1 teaspoon of beet hummus, alfalfa sprouts, 2 avocado cubes and a couple of micro greens.  

SERVE immediately.
