1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Melt oil to mix with eggs, honey, vanilla and almond milk
3. Add pancake & waffle mix to wet ingredients and mix until batter is smooth
4. Gently fold in blueberries
5. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 13-17 minutes
6. Wait for them to cool (if you can) and indulge!
