Blueberry Muffins

3 eggs
2 Tbsp oil (coconut oil works well)
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp almond milk
3/4 cup freeze dried blueberries


PREHEAT oven to 350°

MELT oil to mix with eggs, honey, vanilla and almond milk

ADD pancake & waffle mix to wet ingredients and mix until batter is smooth

Gently FOLD in blueberries

POUR batter into muffin tins and bake for 13-17 minutes

WAIT for them to cool (if you can) and indulge!
