Chocolate Raspberry Heart Cupcakes

Yield: 12 cupcakes


For cupcakes

2 eggs
1/4 c water
1 TBSP coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 c chopped raspberries
Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix

    For frosting

    1-2 tubs Simple Mills vanilla frosting
    1/4c – ½ c chopped raspberries



      1. Whisk eggs, water, oil, vanilla in large bowl
      2. Blend in chocolate muffin & cake mix
      3. Puree fresh raspberries in food processer
      4. Fold raspberries into batter
      5. Line muffin tray
      6. Place small ball of foil to make a heart shaped muffin liner
      7. Pour batter into tray
      8. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
      9. Make frosting: mix chopped raspberries into vanilla frosting
      10. Frost cupcakes
      11. Optional: Top with fresh raspberries or natural sprinkles
