5 egg whites, whipped
1 Tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup of butter / ghee, melted
3/4 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup of chopped pecans
1/4 cup of coconut sugar or brown sugar
1 Tbsp of cinnamon



PREHEAT oven to 350°F

SET ASIDE 1 cup of mix in a separate bowl for topping

COMBINE remaining mix with 1 stick / ½ cup of butter and coconut milk

ADD in whipped egg whites

POUR into a greased 9x13 pan

COMBINE chopped pecan, reserved mix, coconut sugar, and remaining butter until a crumble forms

ADD crumble on top

BAKE for 25 minutes
