Cupcakes on the Grill

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Yield: 20 minutes
Total Time: 60 minutes
 

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1/3 cup oil 

1/3 cup water

1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

1 box Simple Mills Cupcake & Cake Mix 

Simple Mills Vanilla Frosting

Seasonal fruit of your choice


Instructions:

PREHEAT your grill to 325°F.

WHISK eggs, oil, water and vanilla until well blended

STIR in the cake mix until the batter is smooth

FILL the muffin tins about 2/3 full

PLACE cookie sheet on grill, and filled muffin tray on top of cookie sheet

BAKE for 15 minutes and rotate pans 180°

BAKE for another 15 minutes.

WAIT for your cupcakes to cool.

FROST your cupcakes and top with your favorite seasonal fruit


Note: If not all the way cooked, allow cupcakes to cook for additional 5-minute increments until a toothpick comes out clean.
