Double Chocolate Brownies

Wet ingredients:
3 eggs
6 Tbsp butter or ghee
1 Tbsp vanilla

Dry Ingredients:
1 box Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
3/4 cup coconut sugar or sugar of your choice
Optional: 1/2 cup gluten/dairy-free chocolate chips


PREHEAT oven to 350°F (for cakier brownies) or 375°F (for denser brownies)

MIX all wet ingredients in a large bowl

ADD in muffin mix and sugar

SPREAD mix evenly into a greased 9x9 pan

COOK for 30 minutes at 350°F or 20 minutes at 375°F
