Double Chocolate Brownies

1 box Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
3 eggs
6 Tbsp butter or ghee
1 Tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup coconut sugar or sugar of your choice
Optional: 1/2 cup gluten/dairy-free chocolate chips


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (for cakier brownies) or 375°F (for denser brownies)

2. Mix all wet ingredients

3. Add in mix and sugar

4. Spread mix evenly into a greased 9x9 pan

5. Cook for 30 minutes at 350°F or 20 minutes at 375°F
