6 large Vital Farms eggs, hard boiled, cooled, and peeled
½ cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
5-6 minced chives, plus more for garnish
1 ½ Tablespoon lemon juice
¾ teaspoon minced or granulated garlic, or to taste
Pinch salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Simple Mills Everything Flavor Sprouted Seed crackers


  1. Finely chop the eggs, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the crackers, and stir to combine.
  3. Use a small spoon to scoop heaping Tablespoons of egg salad onto Simple Mills Everything Flavor Sprouted Seed crackers.
  4. Garnish with additional minced chives and enjoy!
