For the Bagels:
2 eggs
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix
Black and white sesame seeds (optional)
Pumpkin seeds (optional)
Sunflower seeds (optional)


Suggested Toppings:

  • Mashed avocado
  • Radishes, sliced
  • Micro greens or sprouts
  • Hemp hearts
  • Beet hummus
  • Cucumber slices
  • Peanut butter
  • Raspberries
  • Dark chocolate
  • Greek yogurt
  • Caramelized bananas
  • Walnuts



For the Bagels
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a donut pan. Set aside.
ADD eggs, water, olive oil and apple cider vinegar to a large bowl. Whisk until combined. Add Simple Mills Artisan Bread mix. Mix.
FILL each donut mold 3/4 full with the dough.
TOP with black and white sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.
BAKE for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
REMOVE and repeat the process with the second batch of 6 bagels.
TOP with your favorite toppings. Here are our suggestions:
  • Mashed avocado, radishes, micro greens and hemp hearts
  • Beet hummus, cucumber and black sesame seeds
  • Peanut butter, raspberries and chopped dark chocolate
  • Greek yogurt, caramelized bananas and walnuts
