Pumpkin Spice Cracker Spread

Version 1 

Ingredients:

1 block organic cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp Simple Mills Pumpkin Muffin Mix
2 tsp. gluten-free vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut sugar
½ tsp. ground cinnamon

 

Version 2

Makes 2/3 cup 

Ingredients:

1 block organic cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 

 

Instructions:

1. Using a stick blender or hand mixer, place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth and fluffy (about 30 seconds to 1 minute).

2. Store leftovers refrigerated in an air-safe container for 1-2 days.

 

Pairs surprisingly well with Simple Mills Farmhouse Cheddar Crackers for a seasonal sweet ‘n savory treat!
