Red Pepper & Black Olive Flatbread

1 red bell pepper, cubed
1/4 cup sliced olives
Shaved Parmesan



1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Sautée one red pepper (cubed) until the pepper has perfect sear marks or about ten min, flipping often (no oil)

3. Make two Simple Mills focaccia loaves according to directions

4. Flatten with a rolling pin or your hands

5. Top with sautéed peppers and 1/4 cup sliced olives, and sprinkle with shaved Parmesan

6. Bake for 20 minutes
