40 Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Crackers
1 dairy free dark chocolate bar, broken into pieces
10 marshmallows, cut in half
PREHEAT oven to 400ºF.
PLACE the Simple Mills crackers in pairs on large plate.
TOP each cracker with a piece of chocolate. Set aside.
ARRANGE marshmallow halves on an parchment-lined large baking sheet.
BAKE until the marshmallows have puffed and become golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
PLACE roasted marshmallows on the prepared crackers and chocolate. Sandwich with a second Simple Mills cracker.
Note: Want to mix things up? Opt for a flavored chocolate like burnt caramel or cayenne.
Note 2: You can place crackers topped with chocolate in the hot oven for a minute to soften it and make it extra decadent.
