Looking for an easy weeknight dinner? Try using our Almond Flour Crackers to create a delicious and nutrient-dense 'breading' for your favorite protein.
Ingredients:
1 box
Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers
For Optional Seasoned Crumbs
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
½ tsp onion powder
½ paprika
½ black pepper
Instructions:
ADD Simple Mills crackers into a food processor and pulse. For fine breadcrumbs, pulse until crackers resemble sand. For coarse breadcrumbs, pulse until you get medium-sized chunks for a crunchy texture.
TRANSFER crackers into a bowl and add spices if making the seasoned crumbs.
STORE in a jar or container in the fridge for a month or in the freezer for 6 months.

How to Make Breadcrumbs without a Food Processor:
Add Simple Mills crackers to a plastic or silicon bag and mash them gently with a mallet or rolling pin.
