Give your hummus a veggie boost with this easy recipe for cauliflower hummus
Ingredients:
4 cups roasted cauliflower florets, plus more for garnish
1/4 cup tahini
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp cold water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for garnish
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper, to taste

Rosemary & Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers
Sunflower seeds, for garnish
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
ADD
roasted cauliflower, tahini, garlic, water, lemon juice, olive oil and salt to a food processor or a blender. Blend until smooth. Season with pepper, to taste.
GARNISH
with small roasted cauliflower florets, a drizzle of olive oil, sunflower seeds, chopped parsley and a crack of pepper.
SERVE
with

Rosemary & Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers.
Tips:
To make roasted cauliflower, season florets with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and roast on a baking sheet at 400ºF for 30 minutes or until soft.
