ADD all dip ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
TASTE and adjust seasonings to your liking by adding more lemon juice, salt or za’atar. If you would like your dip to be runnier, just add water or more olive oil, one tablespoon at a time, blending in between additions.
GARNISH with cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumber slices, dill, mint and black pepper.
SERVE with Simple Mills Mediterranean Herb Veggie Pita Crackers.
