These naturally dyed chocolate covered Sandwich Cookies are the perfect sweet treat for your next Halloween party!

Ingredients:

2  boxes Simple Mills Cocoa Cashew Creme Nut Butter Sandwich Cookies

24 oz white chocolate

Coconut oil

candy eyeballs and sprinkles

almonds

 

Natural Food Powders:

Green: Matcha

Purple: purple sweet potato powder

Black: activated charcoal

Yellow-Orange: carrot powder and beet powder

Instructions:

DIVIDE white chocolate chips between multiple bowls, depending on how many colors you make.

MELT white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments stirring in between, until melted.

SIFT natural food powders and stir, adding more powder as needed. You can thin it out with coconut oil if the chocolate gets thick.

DIP one Simple Mills Cocoa Cashew Creme Cookie into the melted white chocolate using a fork. Gently tap against the side of the bowl to get extra drips off and place on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

DECORATE with candy eyeballs and sprinkles

For Cat Ears: cut triangles out of sliced almonds and stick them into the creme between the two cookies before dipping into white chocolate.
