This 8-ingredient Mint Matcha Shake is dairy-free, gluten-free, & filled with pieces of our NEW Mint Chocolate Nut & Seed Flour Sweet Thins for a minty twist. Get the full recipe below & be prepared to be obsessed!


 

Ingredients:

1.5 teaspoons matcha
2 Tablespoons hot water
1 C vegan vanilla ice cream
1 C coconut milk
Handful of Mint Chocolate Sweet Thins (more to top)
1 Tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Dash of peppermint extract
Dairy-free whipped cream

Instructions:

WHISK the matcha and hot water together to remove any clumps.
​ADD the ice cream, coconut milk, matcha, Mint Chocolate Sweet Thins, maple syrup, and peppermint extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
POUR the shakes into two 8 oz glasses and top with whipped cream and crumbled up Sweet Thins. Serve & enjoy!
