Ninja CREAMi Mocha Brownie Ice Cream

Ingredients

½ cup coconut milk 
¾ cup cold brew concentrate 
1 tbsp espresso powder 
⅓ cup chocolate protein powder 
⅓ cup maple syrup 
2 tbsp cocoa powder 
2 tbsp cashew butter 
2 pinches of sea salt 
¼ cup Simple Mills Chocolate Brownie Sweet Thins 

Instructions

ADD coconut milk, cold brew concentrate, espresso powder, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, cocoa powder, cashew butter, and salt to a blender. 
BLEND until a smooth consistency is formed. 
POUR mixture into an empty Ninja Creami pint. Place lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours. 
REMOVE from freezer and install into the machine. 
SELECT the ICE CREAM function for the first spin. 
REMOVE the outer bowl lid. If the ice cream is not quite a smooth texture, then add back into the machine and press RESPIN,  
MAKE a hole in the middle of the ice cream with a spoon. 
ADD crushed Simple Mills Chocolate Brownie Sweet Thins, and process again on the MIX-IN function. 

ENJOY!  

*Store in the freezer. Thaw for 5-10 minutes on the counter. No need to respin.
