Ninja CREAMi Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients

¾ cups raw cashews (soaked in hot water for 1 hour or overnight)⁣ 
½ cup plain coconut yogurt 
½ cup almond milk 
⅓ cup maple syrup 
2 tsp vanilla extract 
2 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tsp coconut oil 
½ tsp sea salt⁣ 
¼ cup Simple Mills Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins 
¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries 

Instructions

ADD soaked cashews, coconut yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, coconut oil, and salt to a blender. 
BLEND until a smooth consistency is formed. 
POUR mixture into an empty Ninja Creami pint. Place lid on the pint and freeze for 24 hours. 
REMOVE from freezer and install into the machine. 
SELECT the ICE CREAM function for the first spin. 
REMOVE the outer bowl lid. If the ice cream is not quite a smooth texture, then add back into the machine and press RESPIN,  
MAKE a hole in the middle of the ice cream with a spoon. 
ADD crushed Simple Mills Honey Cinnamon Sweet Thins and freeze-dried strawberries inside and process again on the MIX-IN function. 

ENJOY!  

*Store in the freezer. To enjoy, thaw for 5-10 minutes on the counter. No need to respin.
