Raspberry Cheesecake Swirl Brownies

Light and fluffy raspberry cheesecake meets rich, chocolate brownies to create this decadent dessert.
Ingredients:1 box of Simple Mills Brownie Box
1/2 cup oil
3 tsp water
Cream cheese topping
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
1/4 cup coconut sugar
Instructions:PREHEAT oven to 400ºF and line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper.
ADD softened cream cheese, raspberries, coconut sugar and egg. Blend until smooth and set aside.
PREPARE the brownie base. In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, and water. Incorporate Simple Mills mix.
POUR brownie batter into prepared baking dish, reserving 1/3 cup of the batter. Smooth out.
POUR the raspberry cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie base.
TOP with the remaining 1/3 cup of the brownie mixture. Using a knife, create swirls.
BAKE for 20 minutes then cover with aluminum foil. Bake for another 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out almost clean. Let cool completely.
TRANSFER to the fridge for 1 hour to set before slicing. Serve with fresh raspberries.
