Raspberry Smoothie – 2 Ways

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup unsweetened plant based milk**
2 tbsp gluten free old fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Simple Mills Dark Chocolate Almond Soft Baked Bar, crumbled
Topping suggestions
1/2 a fresh banana, sliced
Fresh raspberries
Goji berries
Chia seeds
Shredded coconut
Instructions:
ADD frozen raspberries, frozen banana, milk, oats, chia seeds, hemp hearts and vanilla extract to a high speed blender.
BLEND until smooth, scraping the sides as needed to ease the blending process.
** If you are planning on drinking this smoothie from a glass, add an extra 1/4 cup of plant based milk for a more liquid smoothie. **
TRANSFER smoothie into a bowl or a glass and serve alongside a crumbled Simple Mills Dark Chocolate Almond Soft Baked Bar and your other toppings of choice.
