Strawberry Shortcake Popsicles

Ingredients

Popsicles 

1 can full-fat coconut milk 
2 cups frozen strawberries 
1 cup freeze dried strawberries 
1/2 cup cashew butter 
30 drops Stevia 
2 tbsp maple syrup 
1 tsp vanilla extract 

Coating 

1 box Simple Mills Honey Cinnamon Seed & Nut Flour Sweet Thins 
Freeze dried strawberries 

Instructions

ADD coconut milk, frozen strawberries, freeze dried strawberries, cashew butter, stevia drops, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.  
FILL popsicle molds and place in the freezer overnight. 
ADD Simple Mills Honey Cinnamon Seed & Nut Flour Sweet Thins and freeze dried strawberries to a food processor or plastic bag and crush until broken up.  
REMOVE popsicles from the freezer, dip in white chocolate, and then coat in the Sweet Thins and freeze dried strawberry mixture.
