Ingredients

4 collard leaves, stem removed and steamed
4 pieces sliced turkey 
Veggies of choice:
Sliced carrots
Red or green pepper
Red cabbage
Sliced tomatoes
Sprouts
Avocado

Instructions

ADD the meat and veggies to each collard wrap leaf and roll it up.
PAIR with your favorite Simple Mills Crackers and enjoy!
