Our NEW Seed and Nut Flour Sweet Thins bring an exciting light & crispy snack to the cookie aisle. Made with
simple, nutritious ingredients, they deliver just-right sweetness in a light & crunchy bite. Sweet Thins are perfectly pop-able for anytime snacking, so you can feel as good as they taste. They hit the Sweet Spot.

Sweet Thins come in three deliciously, unique flavors: Mint Chocolate, Chocolate Brownie, and Honey Cinnamon. They are made from a diverse mix of nutrient-dense ingredients, including watermelon seed flour. We chose watermelon seed flour as the leading ingredient in our flour blend because it helps create their deliciously light and crispy texture AND brings protein, good fats, and micronutrients.

If that wasn’t enough, watermelon seed introduces greater crop diversity, which is a key principle of regenerative agriculture. Sweet Thins features ingredients that help advance regenerative agriculture, demonstrating Simple Mills' commitment to people and planetary health.

Need another reason to try Sweet Thins? They’re smartly sweetened with coconut sugar! We source our coconut sugar from farmers that use regenerative farmer practices like: agroforestry, perennial cropping, composting. How sweet is that?

So where exactly will you find your sweet spot? Look for us in the cookie aisle! Sweet Thins are now available at :
