Blueberry, Jicama & Strawberry Dip

1 cup strawberries
1 box of sliced jicama, or 1 large jicama 
1 Box
 Simple Mills Fine Ground Sea Salt Crackers 
1/4 cup sprigs of cilantro
1/2 cup fresh blueberries


CHOP your strawberries into thirds and cut the jicama slices into small quarter or half-inch cubes.

TOSS into a bowl with sprigs of cilantro and blueberries.

MIX well to combine all of the flavors!

PLACE on a plate or serving platter with a side of the Fine Ground Sea Salt Crackers and spoon some of the fruit dip onto each cracker for serving.
