Blueberry, Jicama & Strawberry Dip

1 box of sliced jicama, or 1 large jicama 
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup sprigs of cilantro


1. Chop your strawberries into thirds and cut the jicama slices into small quarter or half-inch cubes.

2. Toss into a bowl with sprigs of cilantro and blueberries.

3. Mix well to combine all of the flavors!

4. Place on a plate or serving platter with a side of the Fine Ground Sea Salt Crackers and spoon some of the fruit dip onto each cracker for serving.

5. Enjoy!
